Suite admin console

Everything in the suite is administered from here: organisations, claims, entitlements, people and the app catalogue, plus an honest health strip and a full audit trail.

Operator key (break-glass)

You are not signed in as a member of suite staff. If you hold the shared operator key you can use it here as a fallback - every action taken with it is recorded in the audit trail as via: admin_key, distinct from a named staff decision. The key is only held in this browser tab for as long as the page is open and is never written to storage.

Suite health

Pings every app's own health endpoint. "Up"/"down" is whether the app is answering at all - a separate fact from whether it has adopted spine sign-in yet (shown on the Apps tab).

Every app in this suite is being built against the shared MIS adapter, which defaults to a sandbox backend with synthetic data until the real Wonde agreement and attendance scope are in place. No organisation in this suite has a live MIS connection today - this console will only ever show a live connection once one genuinely exists, per-organisation, from a real integration status endpoint.

Registered customers only - organisations with at least one membership, claim or entitlement. Not a browse of the full school register.

Pending organisation claims

Registrations that did not clear automatic email-domain verification and are waiting on a decision. Approving or rejecting here works whether you are signed in as staff or using the operator key.

Grant an entitlement

There is no self-serve billing yet (architecture doc section 5) - this is the only way an organisation gains access to an app today.

Revoke an entitlement

Ends the current entitlement today. Does not delete history - the entitlement remains visible on the organisation's record with a valid-to date.
